This is the pure face swing. It's called Bodyhacking and is the invention of Japanese geek Daito Manabe. Basically, he wrote a programme that can sync music with some electrodes that shoot tiny currents through the muscle tissues in his face.
So if your dancers can't get the timing right, this might be the solution...

PS. I wonder if this is where Cadbury got the idea from?
