Rumour says artists have a tendency to use their right side of the brain more than the left. Is that not just a myth? I know many artists who seem to be all about logic, detail, facts, words, language, maths, science etc. They make art. They are very creative. I think the idea of artists being ‘right brainers’ is a characterization – generalisation – propaganda? (anything to talk people out of choosing a career as… poor).
